SPWForm for WordPress
SPWForm provides shortcode-based form building for WordPress. You can define fields, configure email delivery, add validation, and build a confirmation flow when needed.
It is intended for practical contact forms, inquiry forms, application forms, and simple file submission forms inside WordPress.

Tested Environments
Current testing status
SPWForm has been tested in our own WordPress development and hosting environments.
Compatibility testing is still limited, so we are continuing to gather feedback from a wider range of real WordPress server environments.

Early Access Testing Program
Request SPWForm via the contact form and try it in your own WordPress environment.
Request the SPWForm ZIP file via the contact form. We will provide the SPWForm plugin ZIP file for evaluation.
After you send us your test environment details and feedback, we will provide a 6-month SPWFormPRO license as a thank-you gift.

SPWFormPRO is a paid add-on that extends SPWForm with additional features.
SPWFormPRO is currently available in Japanese only.
International availability is planned for the future.
