Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Notice

SPWForm-related paid products are digital products. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a license key has been issued, the product has been downloaded, or access to the digital product has been provided.

2. General Refund Rule

Refunds are generally not available after digital access has been provided, except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise.

3. Refunds for Defective Products

We may provide a refund if the product has a material defect, the issue is reported within a reasonable period after purchase, and we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable support.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind.
• Purchasing the wrong product.
• Lack of required WordPress, PHP, or server environment.
• Issues caused by third-party themes, plugins, hosting environments, or custom code.
• Custom development requests.
• Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal, unless required by law.

5. Subscriptions and Renewals

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your order information, product name, site URL where applicable, and a clear description of the issue.

7. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
