Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the use of SPWForm-related products and services provided by Squareman Pixel Works LLC.

1. Overview

By using SPWForm-related products, documentation, downloads, license services, support, or related website features, you agree to these Terms.

2. SPWForm Products

SPWForm products may include SPWForm, SPWFormPRO, related add-ons, templates, documentation, and other related services.

3. Free Products

Free products may be provided without charge and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Support for free products may be limited.

4. Paid Products

Paid products may include licenses, subscriptions, downloads, updates, and support. Product details, prices, license terms, and subscription terms are displayed on each product page or checkout page.

5. License and Activation

  • A license may be required to use paid features.
  • License keys must not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
  • License activation may be limited by the number of websites specified at purchase.
  • We may suspend or terminate licenses that violate these Terms.

6. Updates and Support

Support is provided for paid products only while the license or subscription is active, unless otherwise stated. Support includes basic usage questions, license activation issues, and bug reports related to SPWForm products.

Support does not include custom development, theme customization, server configuration, general WordPress support, third-party plugin troubleshooting, or issues caused by custom code.

7. Payments and Renewals

Paid products may be sold as one-time purchases or subscriptions. If a product is sold as a subscription, it may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal details should be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal if they do not want to continue.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Prohibited Use

  • You may not share, resell, or redistribute license keys.
  • You may not redistribute paid plugin files without permission.
  • You may not attempt to bypass license activation.
  • You may not use the products for unlawful purposes.
  • You may not interfere with or abuse our licensing, update, or support systems.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, documentation, website content, and non-GPL assets remain the property of Squareman Pixel Works LLC. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights granted under applicable open source licenses.

11. Compatibility

We do not guarantee compatibility with every WordPress theme, plugin, hosting environment, browser, server configuration, or custom code.

12. Third-Party Services

Some features may depend on third-party services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations of third-party services.

13. Disclaimer

The products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product during the 12 months before the claim.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to paid services, license activation, updates, or support if the customer violates these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
