We are testing compatibility across multiple WordPress hosting environments before offering a public download without account registration.

Request the SPWForm ZIP file via the contact form. We will provide the SPWForm plugin ZIP file for evaluation.
After you send us your test environment details and feedback, we will provide a 6-month SPWFormPRO license as a thank-you gift.
What is SPWForm?
A form plugin for WordPress sites
SPWForm helps you create and manage contact forms in WordPress. It is designed around clear settings and shortcode-based form parts, so you can compose the form structure you need.
SPWForm is the main product on this English site. SPWFormPRO is introduced as a paid add-on and is currently available in Japanese only

SPWForm is currently being tested across multiple server environments. At this stage, downloads require a free account on our Japanese site.
Please note that the current registration and download pages are in Japanese only. A public no-account download is planned for the future after compatibility testing progresses.
